COVID STATEMENT
Infection Prevention and Control
During this unprecedented time, my priority is to ensure the safety and well being for all of my clients and myself during all beauty treatments. In light of Covid-19, I've made some changes to the way I carry out all treatments so that I can continue to offer the Elixa experience you’ve come to expect while prioritising everyone’s safety. I will continue to update further changes in response to any further government guidelines that may be created in the near future.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your treatment and not any earlier. To mitigate the risk of infection I am limiting the number of people that can be in the beauty room at any one time.
Please arrive for your treatment alone unless you need to bring a parent, guardian, or carer. if you need to be accompanied, this can be discussed prior to the treatment date.
Please do not arrive fo your appointment if you have COVID related symptoms. Your appointment can be rescheduled for a later date.
DURING YOUR TREATMENT
Hand sanitiser is available and you will be asked to use this when you first arrive. There is also an area where you can wash your hands before treatment commences.
I will be wearing disposable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to include a mask, visor, gloves and apron. When you arrive you’ll be provided with a disposable mask to wear during your treatment, if you don't already have one yourself.
All equipment to be used during your treatment will be cleaned and sanitised before your visit. Clean towels will be provided for each client which would have been washed accordingly before every treatment. Equipment will be cleaned throughout the day between every client for your safety. A Covid tested anti-bacterial spray will be used on all surfaces, furniture and equipment to keep everyone in the beauty room as safe as possible.
FOLLOWING YOUR TREATMENT
I am fully compliant with the Government’s Track and Trace programme to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If details are requested by the Government for Track and Trace, I will provide your name, contact details and the times you were in the beauty room. Your personal data is safe and is stored securely so that it’s GDPR compliant. Your personal details will never be shared unless it’s required under the regulations.
I have been asked if payment can be made in advance of the treatment and I am currently looking at ways to make this an option for my clients. I do accept cash and card payments. Alternatively, payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. (For further clarity please contact via email).
